Verretex Wins 1st Place for the Impact Tech Award at Startup Nights 2025

Verretex is proud to have been named a winner of the inaugural Impact Tech Award at Startup Nights 2025, one of Switzerland’s leading startup and innovation events.

The Impact Tech Award, co-launched by UBS in partnership with Startup Nights, recognizes startups developing technologies with measurable positive impact on society and the environment. Verretex was selected alongside VoltIris AG and WasteFlow SA, highlighting the strength and diversity of Switzerland’s growing impact-driven innovation ecosystem.

The award celebrates Verretex’s work in advancing circular composite materials, enabling the direct reuse of recycled glass fibers in high-performance industrial applications. By transforming waste streams into valuable reinforcement materials, Verretex contributes to resource efficiency, waste reduction, and lower environmental impact across sectors such as renewable energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing.
